In Spain, both the LOMLOE (Organic Law 3/2020, of December 29, which modifies Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education) and the educational curriculum of the Autonomous Communities, include the obligation to provide comprehensive sexuality education in Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education.

Working for almost a decade on international development cooperation projects in several countries in Africa and Latin America, especially with women and vulnerable groups, led me to study Sexology and Gender and, since then, I have been doing what I like most: supporting all kinds of entities that want to improve their work environments and obtain tools to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.

What is the LGTBI Plan?

Grom March 1, 2024, companies with more than fifty workers must have a planned set of measures and resources to achieve real and effective equality for LGTBI people, which includes an action protocol to address harassment or violence against LGTBI people, as established by Law 4/2023 of February 28, for the real and effective equality of trans people and for the guarantee of the rights of LGTBI people.

What is the Equality Plan?

Since 2019, with the entry into force of Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 on urgent measures to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in employment and occupation, all companies with more than 50 employees are required to implement an Equality Plan.
